Louis R. Escareño

Louis R. Escareño is a San Antonio attorney whose work has focused on public policy, government relations, and the U.S.–Mexico border region. Born and raised in San Antonio, he graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and earned degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Kennedy School, and the University of Houston Law Center. His earlier public service includes roles in the White House Office of Hispanic Affairs, the Houston mayor’s office, and the Texas Attorney General’s office.
